Since the lock-down began, most of us have spent more time than ever at home, meaning more time to spend researching, discovering, experimenting and cooking for themselves, as opposed to eating fast-food or dining out. With little distraction left, realising that for many of us, the snacks and beverages we’ve been enjoying aren’t as nice as they may appear, so why not develop something tastier and healthier
For others, it has been a chance to change their life. Sitting at home for months has driven many UK consumers to the realisation that the rat-race is soon to begin once again and that they’d rather not return to it. More than ever, new, exciting and healthy concepts have been dreamed up and acted upon.
