Ibiza Ice was the brainchild of the MD of Brand Relations Richard Horwell, after spotting an opportunity for a flavoured wine spritzer that was low in calories, no artificial flavourings, colourings or preservatives and utilising the aluminium bottles which are perfect for the festival and event markets.
