Ibiza Ice was the brainchild of the MD of Brand Relations Richard Horwell, after spotting an opportunity for a flavoured wine spritzer that was low in calories, no artificial flavourings, colourings or preservatives and utilising the aluminium bottles which are perfect for the festival and event markets. With detailed knowledge of the RTD market, Brand Relations created a strategic plan and position for Ibiza ice, which was executed to perfection. Developed with 2 great and refreshing flavours of Pomegranate and Lychee, these were a huge hit.
Ibiza Ice was designed, branded and developed by Brand Relations to reflect the beauty of the Balearic isles. From launch, Ibiza Ice had great worldwide success from exporting to places from the Netherlands to South Korea as well as sponsoring UK festivals such as We Are FSTVL. Appealing to the boom in the Gen Y target audience who were looking for innovative and natural products, Ibiza Ice was sure to capitalise on this with great PR and communication, with features in the Metro newspaper and an appearance on Made In Chelsea. Ibiza Ice was sold at its peak in 2017, while we are sad to say goodbye we are proud of the major success of Ibiza Ice.
